AI Just Broke the Semiconductor Industry's Forecast Model
Omdia raised its 2026 semiconductor revenue forecast to 94.1% year-over-year growth, driven by AI demand that has outpaced the industry's ability to produce and package chips. Memory ICs will account for over half of all semiconductor revenue.
